Berkeley Analytical Releases ClearChem™ Product-Declaration Label
Berkeley Analytical announces the release of the ClearChem™ product-declaration label. This new label is intended for use by companies in their online and print marketing of products for which approved ClearChem declarations have been published.
One of our customers, CertainTeed Architectural, is already using the ClearChem label in their Decoustics’ product brochures.
A company that has contracted with Berkeley Analytical to participate in the ClearChem program or is applying to participate in ClearChem and wants to use the ClearChem marks in its marketing materials will receive the ClearChem Logo Licensing Agreement. Once both the ClearChem Implementation Agreement and the Licensing Agreement are signed, the company will receive the graphics package consisting of Adobe Illustrator and PNG files for both the current ClearChem logo and the new ClearChem label. The files are provided in full color, gray-scale, and black and white formats. Then as the company successfully completes the required testing of representative samples of its products, it can publish marketing materials for these products that display the ClearChem label and logo. The label displays the ClearChem logo in a framed window and clearly communicates to the company’s customers that the products meet the VOC emission requirements in CDPH Standard Method V1.2.
If your company is currently a participant in Berkeley Analytical’s ClearChem product declaration program, or has applied or is considering applying to use the ClearChem program, get started today by requesting a copy of the ClearChem Marks Usage Guidelines document.
